Happy Snapps was founded by Michael and Amy when we were planning our own wedding and started looking for a photo booth. We were shocked by how expensive most companies were, and frustrated by how difficult the process felt — full of technical jargon, confusing packages, and limited options to customise the experience the way we wanted.
We decided to create something better: a photo booth hire company that’s easy to book, flexible to personalise, and affordable without compromising on quality. From there, Happy Snapps was born.
Both of us come from creative media backgrounds, with Michael working in the photo and video industry for over 20 years. That expertise means every detail — from the design of the booth, to the quality of the images, to the way the service runs on the day — is handled with care and professionalism.
