Between Happy Snapps, 1 Margarets Close, Amesbury, Wiltshire SP4 7XP (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”), contact hello@happysnapps.co.uk / 07580001694, and the Client named on page 1 (“Client”, “you”).

1. Booking, Fees & Payments

Booking Fee. A non-refundable £150 booking fee is payable to secure the Event Date and deducted from the total hire fee. Balance. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the Event Date and must clear before the booth operates. Overtime & Idle Hours: Any additional hire time or idle hours will be charged at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Client cancellations: 8+ weeks before Event Date – 25% payable; 6–8 weeks – 50%; 4–6 weeks – 75%; less than 4 weeks – 100%. Booking fee is always non-refundable. Supplier cancellations: if we cannot attend for reasons within our control, our liability is limited to a full refund. Consumer rights: statutory 14-day cooling-off may apply unless the booking is tied to a specific event date.

3. What We Provide

Happy Snapps photo booth, professional printer, props/backdrops where included, and unlimited sessions during Hire Time (fair use applies). Set-up and pack-down is outside Hire Time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide indoor 3m x 3m space with 13A socket within 5m (weatherproof cover for marquees). Venue access and permissions are your responsibility. Booth will not be moved once set up. No food or drink near the booth. Wi-Fi-dependent features rely on venue connectivity.

5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

You are responsible for any damage or loss to the booth, printer, props and accessories (excluding fair wear and tear) caused during hire. The cost of repair or replacement will be invoiced and payable within 14 days.

6. Equipment Failure & Remedies

We maintain PAT-tested equipment with public liability insurance. If the booth is down more than 20% of Hire Time, a pro-rata refund applies. If the printer fails but the booth works, digital copies and reprints will be provided after the event.

7. Photos, Copyright & Marketing

Copyright remains with Happy Snapps; clients/guests have a personal-use licence. Happy Snapps may occasionally use selected event images for marketing (e.g. website or social media). We will always use discretion and never share sensitive or inappropriate content. If you prefer your images not to be used, you must notify us in writing and we will fully respect your choice. You are responsible for permissions for children’s images.

8. Data Protection

Happy Snapps is the data controller for images. Images are processed to fulfil this contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR). Images are retained for 3 months, then deleted unless you request otherwise. Contact hello@happysnapps.co.uk to exercise rights.

9. Fair Use & Props

“Unlimited” means unlimited sessions during Hire Time (fair use: one print per guest per session plus one for the guest book). Props/backdrops are subject to availability.

10. Liability

Our liability is capped at the hire fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Force majeure applies to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, accidents, strikes).
